Gloria Isbell is a Global HR Consultant and Leadership Coach with more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 companies and growth-stage businesses. As CEO of Aerial View Coaching & Talent Management Solutions, she partners with professionals and organizations to drive culture transformation, strengthen leadership pipelines, and align talent strategies with business goals. Gloria’s coaching philosophy emphasizes a holistic approach, empowering clients to create actionable plans that support their professional and personal aspirations while navigating complexity.
Her career includes senior HR leadership roles at ExxonMobil, where she led global business partner teams, talent management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees worldwide. Gloria also served as President of the Board of Directors for an education nonprofit dedicated to youth personal development using human-centric and AI technology coaching approaches.
As a speaker, Gloria has presented at conferences, workshops, and educational institutions, bridging talent access gaps and inspiring innovative approaches to impact strategy, talent development, leadership, and self-motivation. She has spent decades as a mentor and advisor to students, professionals, and executives in various professions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University, an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Webster University, and is an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. Gloria is also certified in emotional intelligence assessment and nonprofit board consulting.
