Advisee Spotlight: Kaia Thompson

After graduating from North Park University with her B.A. in Biomedical Science, Advisee Kaia Thompson was on the hunt for a post-grad role. Feeling overwhelmed by today’s competitive job market, when our Partner the Fulfillment Fund introduced Kaia to CareerSpring, she quickly tapped into the power of the Platform to find support and clarity.

Her diligent preparation paid off, and she landed a full-time offer as Patient Access Specialist with our Employer Partner Northwestern Medicine! Now she works in this role while also getting her master's degree in Business Administration, “This role is helping me clarify my long-term career goals and build experience, with the plan of eventually working my way into a managerial role at Northwestern.”
