Career Video Pre-Filming Survey

Thank you for volunteering to share your career story with first-generation students across America. To help you prepare for filming your career video, please complete this brief survey. After you submit, a copy, your written responses will be e-mailed to you.

These responses will serve as a guide for talking points while filming. Our team will format your written responses into an 'Interview log' file that Video Library users can download and keep for reference, upon viewing your video.

Please note: We are looking for more concise, direct answers that are manageable for high school and college students to comprehend. Please try your best to limit responses to 3 - 4 sentences or bullets.
