About the Account Specialist Role in Detroit
At JPMorganChase, you will focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers. The Call Center Customer Service Account Specialist's work is creative, exciting, and different every day.
Specialists will take approximately 80 - 100 inbound calls a day. Specialists are required to provide elite customer service to Chase Auto and Private Label customers; Some of the routine call reasons are in relation to payments, interest rates, loan balance, loan payoff, title and lien release.
