Expanding career access means supporting more pathways to opportunity!
CareerSpring is expanding our resources to support Alternative Pathways—helping more FGLI students, graduates, and career seekers explore career opportunities through skilled trades, certifications, apprenticeships, bootcamps, and other non-four-year-degree pathways.
Join us for an introduction to our Alternative Pathways initiative and learn why we’re expanding this work, what we’re building, and how our Community and Education Partners can connect the people they serve to these new resources.
We’ll introduce our new team members leading this initiative, provide a tour of the new Alternative Pathways resources on our Career Platform, and share our plans for growing this work at a national scale. We’ll also discuss how our Community and Education Partners can engage with CareerSpring and answer your questions about the initiative.
You’ll learn about:
Why CareerSpring is expanding its support to Alternative Pathways
The new resources available to the people you serve
How to navigate and use the Alternative Pathways resources on the Platform
CareerSpring’s growth plans for this initiative
Ways Education Partners can connect their students, graduates, and career seekers to these opportunities
How to engage with the CareerSpring team and provide feedback as this work grows
Please note this information session is intended for staff from our Community & Education Partners. We will be hosting separate events specific for our Advisees.
