CareerSpring's FORWARD Program gives our Advisees a paid, three-week internship the summer before their sophomore or junior year. This experiential program gives them real industry exposure, mentorship, and a capstone project that builds the confidence and career-ready skills.

This session is built for our Education and Community Partners, and will focus on how the recruitment and referral process works, so you can help identify and prepare the right students to apply.

We'll cover:

• Key dates in the cycle.

• How you can help refer and support students through the application and interview process.
