Join CareerSpring and Ionis for a special virtual speed networking event!

We believe that networking is among the most effective career development and job-search techniques. While our Platform already connects you with Advisors, this event is a unique opportunity to network with a group of professionals from Ionis, a biotechnology company, and fellow Advisees. Our goal is to create a welcoming space that makes networking easy and stress-free, with fun, short prompts that bring members of our Network together.

Who is this event for?
This event is for CareerSpring Advisees interested in practicing their networking skills, as well as connecting with professionals and fellow Advisees.

A range of professionals from Ionis will join as volunteers to help Advisees practice their networking skills and share insights from their careers, including careers in STEM and beyond.

How does it work?
Attendees will be asked a variety of career-related questions and then placed into randomized breakout rooms with a mix of Advisees and Ionis volunteers. Each breakout room will run for a set number of minutes, giving participants the chance to share their responses and connect. Our goal is to create a welcoming but structured event that makes it easy to network.
