Join us for AI & Equity in the Workplace: Moving Women Forward—a dynamic event exploring how artificial intelligence is shaping opportunities for people at work.
The Grace Institute is proud to be hosting their mini conference for the second year in a row. Hear from leaders across industries, connect with peers, and unpack both the challenges and possibilities—from the growing gender gap in AI to how these tools can support economic mobility.
In keeping with their mission and the women they serve, Moving Women Forward will focus on the experiences of women who are unemployed and underemployed. This conversation centers the experiences of women navigating unemployment and underemployment, with a focus on turning insight into action and opening new pathways forward. Extensive research has shown that women, and especially Black women, have a greater risk of being left behind by generative AI in the workplace.
